QOTD: Just last week I was part of the WorldFlight Australia Charity where I flew a full sized cockpit flight simulator around the world with the rest of the team, and when not on the flight deck also did some Air Traffic Controlling. 7 days with about 7 hours of sleep all up! Did 65 hours straight at some point there too. (8am - 1am 2 days later). So totally worth it though. check us out; search "worldflight australia" on youtube.
